The Arc of Volusia is governed by a 25 member Board of Directors which includes parents, a client advocate, and area community leaders.  Each board member also participates in one of the following committees:  Advocacy, Community Relations, Contracts, Finance, Governance, Personnel and Planning.

The Executive Committee of the Board is represented by Dr. James L. Greene, Chairman;  Rachel Joye, Chair Elect/Vice Chair; Kellie Nielan, Immediate Past Chair/Vice Chair; Dr. Willie Kimmons, Vice Chair; Robert Grubba, Vice Chair, Michael Sibley, CPA, Treasurer; Deborah Quackenbush, Secretary.

Directors include Tom Besaw, Ray Briggs, K. Eugene Gabriel,  Bradley Gordner, Robert Grubba, Jean Hitt, Margie Kaczynski, Adam Kennedy, John J. Meyer III, Richard Rice, Preston Root, Pauline Stewart, Tracey Stewart.

The Executive Committee meets the first Monday of each month at 4:30 p.m.
