Seasonal masterpieces are created at the Arc of Volusia’s Craft Cottage.

The Arc has been known for years for its handmade unique crafts made by staff and consumers alike. We offer an assortment of seasonal crafts for the wall or the table and are available for any season inside and out. Our focus is on our mission allowing persons with developmental disabilities to earn a paycheck in an industry that generates income while providing quality handcrafted works of art.  The Arc has a wonderful selection of assorted crafts for a personal order, occasion of any type or on display for pickup.  The shop is located on the grounds of The Arc which has been operating and proving services for over 47 years.

Arc Art is one of the Humanities curriculums that had a calling for an enterprise in local Art Studios and for local artists. The Arc found that a certain percent of the population of our workforce has a natural talent in the Arts and there was a demand for the market that truly served a mission for persons with specific disabilities. The Arc Art program originated with Nuevo Art designed from computer components to oil paintings on canvas. The base line product is a production of an Oil Canvas completed with light frame.
